בְּחֲזָרָה ביולי 2022 CloudLinux הודיעו שהם יתמכו ב-Ubuntu® OS. לאחר 1.5 שנים הייתם חושבים שההכרזה הזו תושלם היטב… אז מופע של AWS EC2 הופעל רק כדי להיתקל בשגיאה הזו בנוגע ל kmodlve מודול:

לאחר פתיחת כרטיס, התמיכה של CloudLinux אמרה משהו מפתיע:
The issue seems to be occurring because the kernel you are using is provided by a Cloud Pletform, looks like AWS. The module kmodlve supports only standard Linux-generic kernels. Please try booting into a standard Ubuntu kernel instead.

מדברים על קרנל: לא פלא ש-AlmaLinux מלא באגים…. בדיקות נערכו עם אותה חומרה בדיוק (הם לא יפורסמו כאן), וביצועי הרשת של AlmaLinux גרועים מאוד (אם לא לגמרי פגום) מכיוון שהוא יוצר הרבה IRQs, משתק את המעבד.
