Uus pildivorming: WebP

Klient võttis just kasutusele uue pildivormingu: WebP. Kahjuks: it is not supported by many browsers (alates tänasest), sealhulgas Apple'i lauaarvutid & seadmed, mis kasutavad Safarit.

Kuigi faili suuruse kokkuhoid on rohkem kui 20% against TinyPNG, tagasiühilduvus on tõesti olulisem. So we will have have to wait some more years before WebP is widely adopted. See võttis aega 10 years for PNG to be included in Windows and other Operating Sytems (OS), so adoption might not be before 2020 (at least).
