Uusi kuvamuoto: WebP

A customer just deployed the new image format: WebP. Valitettavasti: it is not supported by many browsers (as of today), including the Apple desktops & devices using Safari.

While the savings of file size is more than 20% against TinyPNG, the backward compatibility is really more important. So we will have have to wait some more years before WebP is widely adopted. It took 10 years for PNG to be included in Windows and other Operating Sytems (OS), so adoption might not be before 2020 (at least).
