Descoberta inválida do Amazon AWS®

Este é o uso de monitoramento da CPU em uma instância do EC2 na Irlanda (t3a. xlarge). Duas coisas para notar:
-o gráfico tem uma média de 40% de fundo branco (não chega ao máximo 400% Altura da CPU)
-havia um máximo de 46% roubo de CPU – qual é a parte vermelha (isso não deve estar acima 2%).
No total: a maximum of 86% CPU power is GONE.
In other words: Amazon AWS is overselling its underlying EC2 instances…

Note: for the avoidance of the doubt, the EC2 instance was stopped and started again around 6:30AM on the left graph, so the instance was running on a new hardware from 6:30AM. This has been done to also rule out any hardware or hypervisor problem.
