Mauvaise découverte d'Amazon AWS®: overselling

Il s'agit de l'utilisation de la surveillance du processeur sur une instance EC2 en Irlande (t3a.xlarge). Deux choses à remarquer:
-the left graph has an average of 40% de fond blanc (il n'atteint pas le plein 400% Hauteur du processeur)
-the left graph has a maximum of 46% Vol de CPU (qui est la partie rouge, and it should not be above 2%).
Au total: un maximum de 86% La puissance du processeur est GONE.

For the avoidance of the doubt: l'instance EC2 a été arrêtée et redémarrée vers 6:30AM sur le graphique de gauche, l'instance s'exécutait donc sur un nouveau matériel de 6:30UN M. Cela a été fait pour exclure également tout problème de matériel ou d'hyperviseur (but it did not change anything).

Conclusion: it has been confirmed that Amazon AWS® is overselling its T-family instances since November 2022, confirmed again in March 2023, and in June 2024…
