Amazon AWS® špatný objev

This is the CPU monitoring usage on an EC2 instance in Ireland (t3a.xlarge). Two things to notice:
-the graph has an average of 40% of white background (it does not reach the full 400% CPU height)
-there was a maximum of 46% CPU steal – which is the red part (this should not be above 2%).
In total: a maximum of 86% CPU power is GONE.
In other words: Amazon AWS is overselling its underlying EC2 instances…

Note: for the avoidance of the doubt, the EC2 instance was stopped and started again around 6:30AM on the left graph, so the instance was running on a new hardware from 6:30AM. This has been done to also rule out any hardware or hypervisor problem.
