Become your own hosting company

Recently we advised a customer whom was paying US$600 per month for: a server hosting 1 single website (although very popular), and a newsletter with 50,000 subscribers.

This was a huge amount: US$7,200 per year!

Our solution was very simple: the customer had to sign-up to a cloud provider (Amazon AWS® or Google Cloud™) and buy our yearly instance support plan. This way: the customer was owning its own server, directly billed by the cloud provider with no more middle man. The customer just added our support and management plan for the technical part.

The cost per year, including our support plan fell to: US$3,100 per year. The savings of US$4,000 per year was welcomed by the business owner, which did not need a hosting company ever again.
